Work with us

We don't post generic job ads. We look for curious, capable people who care about data and marketing, and we find them where they are already talking about the field.

How to join

Two ways to get on our radar

There is no form to fill in. We would rather meet people who already have something to say about marketing analytics, in public or in private.

Get noticed in the communities

Take part in the conversations that matter: groups on analytics, tracking, growth and data marketing. Share useful insight, answer with substance, show how you reason about data. You do not need a perfect CV: we care about how you think and what you bring to the table.

  • +Slack and Discord communities on GA4, GTM and MarTech
  • +Threads and comments on LinkedIn and Reddit
  • +Industry events, meetups and webinars

Write to us on LinkedIn

Prefer direct contact? Send us a message on LinkedIn. Tell us what excites you about marketing (tracking, analytics, incrementality, automation, whatever gets you out of bed) and explain what concrete value you could bring to Tillde.

  • +What excites you about data-driven marketing
  • +A project or result you are proud of
  • +How you imagine contributing to our team

What we look for

What makes us say yes

We are not looking for the perfect profile on paper. We look for people who have genuinely got their hands dirty with GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Meta CAPI, Klaviyo or any piece of the MarTech stack, and who can explain what they did and why.

The ideal LinkedIn message

"I'm passionate about [specific data marketing topic]. Recently I [what you did or learned]. I think I could bring value to Tillde on [concrete area] because [real motivation]."

No copy-paste from a cover letter. We want to hear your voice and work out whether there is a fit, even if we have no open position right now.
